Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using Dorchestrator, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be legally capable of entering a contract and meet any minimum age required in your location.
Your software license
Subject to payment and these terms, Dorchestrator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the desktop software for your own work on supported devices within the activation limits presented with your plan. The software is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
You may use Dorchestrator for personal or commercial software projects. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, rent, or provide the application or license key as a hosted service unless we agree in writing.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Pro subscription: renews at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Paid features and product updates are included while the subscription remains active.
- Lifetime license: provides a continuing right to use the last desktop version for which you are eligible. It includes one year of product updates from purchase. Continued updates after that period may require an optional renewal. "Lifetime" does not promise that every online dependency or support service will operate indefinitely.
Prices, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments and subscription billing are processed by Creem under its terms. You can cancel a renewing subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally reverse charges already incurred.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms shown at purchase. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Your providers and usage costs
Dorchestrator coordinates third-party tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, other command-line tools, and model providers you select. You are responsible for obtaining those accounts, credentials, and permissions and for all fees, rate limits, data terms, and acceptable-use rules charged or imposed by them. Dorchestrator plan prices do not include third-party model usage.
Your workspace and agent output
You retain your rights in files, prompts, task data, and other content you place in your workspace. You give Dorchestrator only the permission needed to process that content locally and send it to services you direct the application to use.
You are responsible for your content, repository permissions, backups, and for reviewing commands, code changes, messages, and other agent output before you rely on or deploy it. AI and automated tools can be incomplete, inaccurate, or harmful. Dorchestrator does not make agent output correct or production-ready.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dorchestrator to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or distribute malware;
- gain unauthorized access to systems, credentials, data, or accounts;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass service security or rate limits;
- share, forge, extract, or circumvent license keys or activation controls;
- reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use automated output without the permissions, review, and safeguards appropriate to its impact.
Ownership and feedback
Dorchestrator and its licensors own the application, website, branding, and related technology, excluding your content and third-party components. If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.
Third-party services
Integrations, model providers, CLIs, payment services, hosting, and email delivery are operated by third parties. Their terms and availability are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party content, charges, outages, security, or changes. An integration may be modified or removed if its provider changes access or if continued support creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Updates and availability
We may update the application to add, change, or remove functionality, address security issues, or maintain compatibility. We may also suspend license or online services for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every operating system, repository, CLI, or provider version.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorchestrator is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. These exclusions do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorchestrator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Dorchestrator during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Dorchestrator at any time. We may suspend or terminate online or licensed access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the product or by email. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. Questions, cancellation requests, or legal notices can be sent to [email protected].
